OP1–OP4 are the operator envelopes. Each one shapes that operator's volume (scaled by its level) and its pitch (scaled by EG → pitch). VCA is the module's final VCA envelope (Filter/VCA menu, row ADSR V), applied to the whole voice after the filter. The module has no MIDI controller for it, so it reaches the module with Send, not live. The filter envelope is separate.
